*NEW* from Camille Buckley
Megan Kelly
An artist that
resides hers in Cincinnati. At the age of two she started reeking havoc
with her art supplies, and continued to do so all the way though college where
she received a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Theatrical Design and Production.
Fast forward to present day, where she lives downtown, and spends all her time
designing and photographing the female "characters" for her paintings. A
three year period of travel gave her more than enough inspiration and she draws
from it today.
"I was
lucky enough to travel to some amazing places. Whether it was a crumbled
temple, pyramid or church, I was in awe.
There is something so beautiful about things hat endure. That being said,
I hope you enjoy my work!"
-Megan Kelly

Michael
Blake
Born and raised in
Belgium with dual American/British nationality. Mentored by modern Flemish
landscape painter, Florent Van Speybroek, and Jennifer Rosengarten at the
University of Dayton. Michael is an up-and-coming artist looking to break
into the Cincinnati scene. Michael enjoys drawing free hand and painting
with acrylics and oils. His work ranges from Belgian-inspired Tintin-esque
lithographs to commercial graphic design. More recently inspired by the
works of Giacometti, Michael manipulates space and form into a skewed reality
that borders on mystical horror. He has exhibited at the University of Dayton
ArtStreet Gallery, Rike Gallery, where he won the prestigious Horvath Award for
Realism in 2009, and at the Link Gallery in the Oregon District of Dayton.
One of his figure drawings was semi-finalist in the Ohio Governor's Show in
2005. In 2007 he exhibited at the Fine Arts Fund Show in Mason, Ohio.
In 2009 he graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelors of Fine Arts
in Visual Communication Design and French minor. On August 1, Michael
relocated to Belgium for an internship in graphic design and video at the
International School of Brussels. In Cincinnati, he maintains an art
studio in The Pendleton.
